Each rod has its own unique characteristics, and is for the purist, the ultimate in fly fishing tradition.

The selection of a cane rod is a matter of personal taste, purpose and a particular casting style. Our Spring Creek rods are designed to achieve the ultimate goal – a delicate presentation. All our hand split cane rods are made with a personal commitment to excellence. We use proven tapers and offer some new and unique tapers as seen in our Signature Series. The actions are designed to present a delicate dry fly, but with enough flex in the rod to handle nymphs and wet flies.

We strive to provide the ultimate in quality, beauty and performance for the fly fisher who prizes the art as much as the catch.

Our rods feature : • the finest crowned nickel silver ferrules • silk wrappings • matchbook tips
• Portuguese cork grips (quarter inch rings) • straight or swelled butt • varnished and hand rubbed
