SOME INTERESTING PATENTS

The following are some interesting Patents I have obtained for clients over the years (or which are pending). The majority of my work has been in the semiconductor field (e.g., semiconductor devices, such as VGA controllers, hard driver controllers, A/D converters and the like). However I have had the opportunity to work in a broad range of fields. My recent docket is leaning more towards software and Internet methods of doing business. I obtained one of the earliest software/internet method of doing business patents which turned out to be a great success for my client.

NOTE: I cannot comment on the scope, validity, or potential infringement of any patent I have obtained (or am prosecuting) for a client. The following information and links are all taken from publicly available sources. My comments on these patents are generally limited to comments on the inventors or general background information.

Some of these patents have been quite profitable for their owners, others not. I have included some simply because they are interesting inventions. Also note that I do not take credit (as some attorneys do) for the success of my clients. The underlying invention is what drives the ultimate success of the patent and/or product. However, I would like to believe that my competent prosecution skills have enhanced the overall value of the patent to the client.
