Contact Information and Consultation:
I am happy to answer any question an inventor may have regarding the patent process. I do not charge for telephone consultations of reasonable length. However, I do reserve the right to charge for excessive telephone consultations, or consultations of excessive length.
A large volume of calls does make it impossible to get work done for my existing clients. I would prefer that you send your inquiries via e-mail if you have a specific question.
Therefore, before calling or e-mailing, please read all the information on this website carefully. Many of your questions may be answered here.
Moreover, I do not answer e-mails or conduct telephone consultations unless you provide your full name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. I cannot provide responses to anonymous inquiries
I am also happy to provide you with a written price quotation for preparing and filing a provisional and/or formal patent application, preparing up to two responses to Office Actions on the merits, and a good faith estimate of issue fees and related expenses. In order to prepare such a price quote, I will need a detailed description of the invention, including any drawings, so that I can appreciate how much work is required for the application.
