Here is a photo of the outside of the National Statistics Office (NSO) in the Santa Mesa area of Manila. This is where I was leading a workshop on subnational population projections with Lisa Lollock from my office. You can see the pedestrian bridge over the Magsaysay Blvd and the bottom of the elevated commuter rail.
