About me
I have worked in computer for over 20 year on many Federal Government and Corporate contracts
over that time. I have been involved with all aspects of system development including managing. Recently I
became interested in real estate investment. After buying several rental properties and rehabing a row house in Baltimore
I decided to become a real estate agent. This decsion was drive by both a desire to better understand real estate
and to help others that may wish to invest part time but are not sure how to do so. I feel that every
home buyer is really an investor. Home ownership represent one of the larges assets people own. With guidance from
a knowledgable Realtor like my self, home owners can become a real estate investor.
