Here are some construction photos of our new townhouse-in progress. UPDATED FEBRUARY 06, 2001. Enjoy.
July 2000 - Trenches for footings dug. Completed townhomes of Phase 1 & 2 in background.
July 2000 - Concrete footings poured-in-place. Sub-grade utilities are already in place.
August 2000 - CMU foundation walls laid.

October 2000 - Rear facade sheathed with openings for windows, 2nd story sliding glass doors, and garage door.

Photos taken during January 30, 2001 walk-through with the builder. The walk-through is conducted prior to the closing-up of interior walls with insulation & drywall and is apprx. 35-45 days till final completion.
