David M. Cheng has 15 years of IT experience in server, desktop, applications, database and network technologies. His work experience includes:

• Desktop operating systems including Windows 9x, NT, 2000 and XP, and Mac OS X.
• Office automation applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, ACT!, FileMaker Pro, and Mozilla Thunderbird.
• Wired and wireless networking.
• Salesforce.com CRM system.
• Quicken and QuickBooks.
• Database and application development using Microsoft SQL 2000 and Access 2002 VBA. Server operating systems including Windows NT 4.0, 2000 and 2003, and Red Hat Linux.
• Enterprise Systems Management projects working with Tivoli, NetIQ, Compaq Insight Manager, and HP OpenView.
