Database Design/Application Development

• Designed and built a database to consolidate and link server, application, and billing information for internal use. Design included tables to draw relationships between servers, applications, personnel, and databases. Used Microsoft SQL 2000 with Access 2002 front-end.

Enterprise Systems Management

• Designed, built and maintained a Tivoli 3.6 installation to manage a 500 server NT/Unix/Tandem environment using Tivoli Distributed Monitoring and Tivoli Event Console.
• Installed and maintained Compaq Insight Manager console to gather data in a 400 server Windows environment and link to homegrown enterprise system database.

Project Management

• Team member in major enterprise deployments, including Windows XP deployment to 20,000 desktops.

Server/Desktop Operating Systems

• Experienced in all versions of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
