Mt. Airy Farm is a small farm located in the foothills of the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains.   We raise primarily  Rambouillet, Merino, Cormo and now special CVM sheep, along with Angora goats both colored and white.  These breeds are selected for their production of beautiful fleeces; for spinning and other luxurious fleece craft.  Limited number of pelts are available and must be reserved in advance, or they can be purchased at one of many events that we attend. (see event calendar) We also offer seasonal meat lambs and kids for sale.  We welcome visitors by appointment. (see contact information) The Farm also hosts Spring, grass fed steers, closely monitored and pastured fed, available with reservations.

All fleece are shorn by hand, limiting stress to the animals and second cuts.  All whole animal sales are final.  Yarn and wool Products are Guaranteed satisfaction.
